Admission Process

In order to seek admission the guardians have to adopt the following procedure:

Parents who have applied for admission on proper from for admission to different classes will have to ensure that their wards appear for an interview/test on the scheduled dates. All candidates for admission will be selected strictly on merit basis.

All documents including progress reports, transfer certificate, birth certificate etc. in original will have to be produced before the admission is final.

Candidates not completing three years in age are not eligible for admission to play group will be made on the production of Birth Certificate from Municipal Authority only.

In no Case, the requirement of Transfer certificate (T.C.) will be dispense with. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding on all the applicants and their parents/guardians.

The parents must submit the withdrawal form duly fill in and signed, at least one week in advance. On the clearing all dues, the office will be issue the Transfer Certificate.

A student may be dismissed from the school by giving a months notice if fee is not paid for more than three months, poor academic performance and any other reason which the school management deems fit.

The school emphasizes on overall yearly evaluation of the child's progress in the academic as well as the non academic areas.

This is achieved by conducting several non-formal and prescribed formal Test & Examination

As such it is important for a student to attend the school regularly and appear for all the tests and examination. No test/examination reconducted for any student if he/she misses if on any account. Details of all formal test and examinations are provided in the school calender which is issued to a child in the first/second week of April.
